Welcome to the Aisexdollclub Order and Shopping Process Guide! Here, you’ll find a detailed step-by-step guide to help you navigate the entire shopping journey. From choosing your custom sex doll, confirming your order, making payments, doll production, shipping, and finally receiving your product ,we ensure providing a smooth and seamless shopping experience by step for you. 1. Choose personalize sex doll and add to cart.

Select your love doll from a variety of brands and customize it based on the options listed on the page (we’ve set default options). Alternatively, if you prefer faster delivery, you can choose from our in-stock sex dolls. Once you’ve selected your options, please double-check them, then click the yellow button at the bottom to add it to your cart.

2. Check out and Make the Payment

Review your cart and carefully confirm the details of your doll then checkout. Please kindly fill in your billing information, provide a valid and accurate name and phone number so the courier could reach you. Click “Place Order” to proceed to the payment page. You can choose the payment method that suits you best. Additionally, Aisexdollclub offers an installment plan, allowing you to manage your budget and easily own your dream doll.

3. Order Confirmation

After the order payment is completed, you will receive an email with the details of your order. Please double-check the order details and shipping information. If you want to cancel or modify the order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, cancellation and restocking fees will be charged, depending on the timing of your request.

4. Production Start

Once payment is confirmed, in-stock dolls will be shipped within 24-28 hours. Generally, Custom dolls take 3 weeks to produce, but depending on materials, features and functions, some may take a month to complete. Please note that production times may also be affected by holidays (such as New Year, Chinese Spring Festival, Christmas, National Day, etc.). if you want an estimated production time for love doll, don’t hesitate to contact us.

5. Show Your Ready Doll

Once your custom doll is finished, we will send you the factory photos via email for review. Please carefully check the details and confirm. If there are any issues or changes needed, feel free to inform us, and we will make the necessary adjustments before shipping to ensure your satisfaction. For in-stock dolls, we do not provide factory photos, as they are already in our stock, and if we open the package to take photos, it may cause damage. However, you can visit our factory photo page to view the factory pictures.

6. Shipment and Track

We cooperate with famous carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS to ensure the timeliness and stability of parcel logistics. Normally in-stock dolls will be delivered within a week, customized sex dolls may take 1-2 weeks, the exact time limit is determined by the distance. If you need to change the delivery time, address or other logistics needs, please contact logistics and us in time.

7. Delivery and Check

Once the package is sent out, we will send you the logistics number by email, please pay attention to the logistics information of the package and check it in time. If you find that the parcel received is damaged, please take photos and video of the package and shipping label to the logistics and us.
